Use of ChatHop
ChatHop provides tools that help users transfer conversation context between supported third-party AI services.
Users are responsible for how they use ChatHop and for ensuring that any information they transfer is information they are authorized to use.
Third-party services
ChatHop is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Mistral, Perplexity, or other supported AI providers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The names and trademarks of third-party services belong to their respective owners.
Use of third-party AI services remains subject to those providers' own terms, policies, limitations, and availability.
Availability
ChatHop may change, add, or remove supported AI services or features at any time.
Because third-party websites can change their interfaces, ChatHop functionality may occasionally be interrupted or require updates.
Acceptable use
Users may not use ChatHop:
- for illegal activity
- to violate another person's rights
- to bypass security controls
- to access information they are not authorized to access
- to abuse third-party AI services
Disclaimer
ChatHop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
No guarantee is made that every transfer will work perfectly or that third-party AI websites will remain compatible.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatHop's operators are not responsible for losses caused by third-party AI services, user-submitted information, service interruptions, or changes made by third-party platforms.
Billing and payments
ChatHop is the seller of ChatHop Pro subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe; Google is not the seller and does not process ChatHop payments.
ChatHop Pro is available as a monthly recurring subscription ($4.99/month) and a yearly recurring subscription ($39/year). Billing recurs automatically until canceled.
Prices exclude applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST. Where such taxes apply to your location, they are calculated and added at checkout via Stripe before payment.
You can cancel anytime via the ChatHop extension's "Manage subscription" (Stripe's secure billing portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues until then.
Refunds are handled at ChatHop's discretion. Contact support with your request and we'll work with you in good faith. Stripe's own policies may also apply to payment processing disputes.
