Manage or cancel anytime
Open the ChatHop extension → Manage subscription. That opens Stripe's secure billing portal, where you can update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel in two clicks.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — and you keep Pro until then. No retention maze, no dark patterns.
Billing facts
- Monthly: $4.99/month, recurring until canceled.
- Yearly: $39/year (works out to ~$3.25/month) — about 35% off versus paying monthly.
- Sales tax or VAT for your location is calculated at checkout, before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. ChatHop, not Google, is the seller. ChatHop never sees your card details.

What counts against the free limit?
Transfers and copies both count. You get 5 per day on Free; the meter resets daily. Pro removes the cap entirely.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes — open Manage subscription in the extension and change your plan in Stripe's portal. Changes apply at your next billing date.
Do I need an account?
No. There's no password and no ChatHop account. Your plan is tied anonymously to a random identifier in your browser; Stripe holds only your email for receipts.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are handled case-by-case at ChatHop's discretion — email us and we'll work with you in good faith.
