Manage or cancel anytime
Open the ChatHop extension → Manage subscription. That opens Stripe's secure billing portal, where you can update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel in two clicks.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — and you keep Pro until then. No retention maze, no dark patterns.

Frequently asked
What counts against the free limit?
Successful destination transfers, Copy Full Chat, Copy Last Response, and chat-file downloads each use one of your 20 monthly uses. Failed transfers and retries never consume anything.
How many free uses do I get?
20 a month. Your allowance refills at the start of each calendar month, and unused uses don't roll over.
Do I need an account?
No ChatHop account or password is required.
If you subscribe to Pro, Stripe collects the information needed to process your payment and manage the subscription.
Can I use Pro on another device?
Yes. Click Restore purchase in the extension, verify the email used for your Stripe purchase on the secure page, and Pro syncs to the new device automatically.
How do refunds work?
Refund requests are considered case-by-case, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
